Terms and Conditions of Use — OhMyWay

These Terms govern the use of the OhMyWay application (the "App"), owned by Artsessions SLU (Tax ID B64848997), with registered office at Carrer Llull 240, 08005 Barcelona, Spain. By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms.

1. Purpose

OhMyWay is a trip-planning application: it lets you create itineraries, record bookings, store documents, track expenses and share trips with other people (companions).

1a. Pricing

As of this version, OhMyWay is free and has no in-app purchases. Artsessions SLU reserves the right to introduce paid features, premium plans or subscriptions in the future. Any price change will be announced in advance and will never apply retroactively to what has already been purchased; paid features, if any, will be optional.

2. User account

To use the App you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App in accordance with the law and these Terms. In particular, you must not:

• Upload unlawful content, or documents or data of third parties without their consent.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to access systems, other accounts or other users' data without authorization.
• Use the App for fraudulent purposes or in ways that harm the service.

4. User content

The trips, bookings, documents, photos and expenses you enter are yours. You grant us only the authorization needed to host, process and sync them in order to provide the service and to share them with the companions you choose. You are responsible for the content you upload, including third parties' identity documents: you must have their permission to store them.

5. Sharing trips

You can invite companions and grant them view or edit permission. When you share a trip, that trip's information (bookings, documents and expenses) becomes visible to those people. You are responsible for whom you invite.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the App available and in sync, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted due to maintenance, technical causes or force majeure. The App works offline and syncs when connectivity is available; we do not guarantee that syncing is instantaneous at all times.

7. Liability

The App is an organizational tool. We are not responsible for the bookings, payments, flights, accommodation or third-party services you record: your relationship with those providers is exclusively yours. To the extent permitted by law, Artsessions SLU is not liable for indirect damages or for data loss resulting from improper use of the App. We recommend keeping copies of your important documents.

8. Intellectual property

The App, the "OhMyWay" brand, its design and its software are owned by Artsessions SLU. You are granted no rights over them other than personal use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will publish the current version on this page with its date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts that apply under the relevant consumer-protection rules.
