Delete your OhMyWay account

The account is yours and you can leave whenever you want. There are two ways.

From the app (immediate)

Open OhMyWay → Settings → Delete my account. It is deleted right away, no waiting for anyone.

From here (if you no longer have the app)

Enter the email address of the account and we will delete it. We check that the request comes from that address before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your account, your name, your email and your profile photo.
• The trips you own, with their bookings, plans, documents, expenses, lists and messages. Note: they also disappear for the people you shared them with.
• Your personal document wallet and the files you uploaded.
• Your visited places, your messages and your device records for notifications.

On trips owned by other people, only your participation disappears: the trip still belongs to whoever created it.

What is kept, and for how long

Deletion is real and immediate when you ask for it from the app. Server backups rotate and are gone within 30 days at most. If the law requires us to keep a record (billing, for instance), only that record is kept, and only for as long as required.
